**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing sales teams.
- At least 5 years of experience managing sales leaders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding revenue targets and delivering measurable results.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
