**_ Function:_** Assists Studio Manager in principle duties and oversees studio management duties

**_ Principle Duties for Assistant Studio Manager:_**
- Assists Studio Manager in principle duties and oversees studio management duties
- Consistently creates a friendly environment for our guests by greeting and assisting: as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs
- Demonstrates desired behavior for staff including focus on membership sales, customer service, cash management, retail sales, member retention, staff interaction, and follow-up with guests.
- Provides strong leadership presence
- Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards
- Assists Studio Manager in identifying training needs and providing ongoing training opportunities to the team as needed
- Assists Studio Manager with coaching and training Lash Consultants and Stylists on the sales and operations process
- Assists in managing Lash Consultants and Lash Stylists staff and schedules
- Balance sales detail report and make daily deposits
- Manages inventory
- Maintains an impeccable and clean studio

**_ Experience required for Assistant Studio Manager:_**
- Management and sales experience required
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and external customers
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Competent trainer and motivator
