**What You Will Do**:

- Responsible for the day-to-day support of CORE, our knowledge management program & Competency training offerings
- Content Creation for CORE networks and Sales Competency Program
- Oversee training program enrollments and ensure accurate data collection within the LMS
- Provide reports on training program progress to key stakeholders
- Work with third party vendors to distribute assessments for employee development
- Deploy assessments of program effectiveness to determine the impact of training on employee skills
- Identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in a training & content development role
- Proficient in MS Excel (managing and analyzing data, using Excel functions, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization.
- Proven work ethic marked by initiative, attention to detail, and self-direction. Highly organized, fast and responsive follow-through.
- Ability to switch between project deliverables and daily tasks while maintaining a high level of quality and meets deadlines
- Strong ability to proactively find solutions and make critical decisions while following company procedures.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of recent experience in a training and development role
- PowerBI and/or Workday experience a plus
