- Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role, with a strong emphasis on clerical tasks and administrative duties
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, vendors and team members.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate scheduling needs and ensure coverage.

$500 Sign On Bonus - $250 after 3 months, $250 after 6 months.

Overview:
The Receptionist is responsible for the accurate operation of communication equipment, and the communication of information generated throughout the facility.

**Responsibilities**:
Greets visitors and answers incoming calls in a professional and timely manner. Responds to and prioritizes emergency calls/alarm systems according to protocol.

Qualifications:
Qualifications Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment.

Qualifications Preferred
- Customer service experience.
