**Your Role**:As the Assistant Project Manager, you will report directly to the Project Manager of Professional Services and be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and fostering collaboration among team members and external partners. An Infrastructure Project Manager manages and coordinates the design and development of IT infrastructures within organizations. They use existing or newly developed tools and techniques to align infrastructures with the relevant company objectives.

**Your Impact**:

- Manage information technology projects, including planning, execution, and finalization.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure project success.
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress using project management tools.
- Manage change requests and communicate project issues and delays to management.
- Cultivate relationships with vendors, staff, and stakeholders.
- Assist with the maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes, etc.
- Collaborate with department heads and vendors to gather project requirements.
- Monitor project performance and analyze goal achievement.
- Utilize leadership skills to drive project success.
- Invoice reconciliation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Who You Are: Required Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and or project coordination within the IT sector.
- Proficient in coordinating project activities and supporting team members.
- Independently mange client and internal stakeholder's expectations and resources
- Skilled in complex project management functions and analytical tasks.
- Thrive in a demanding environment and prioritize attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about customer service and solving user technology problems.
- Growth Mindset collaborator that enjoys sharing knowledge and collaborating.
- Deadline oriented, ability to track and maintain and meet multiple concurrent deadlines.
- Committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
- IT Infrastructure knowledge such as disaster recovery, risk management, cybersecurity, datacenters, cloud, and networking.
- Exposure to various project management software
- Willingness to travel within the region 25%.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now or ConnectWise a plus.
- CCNA Certification (or similar networking training) a plus.

**Work Schedule**:
This is a full-time onsite position in Albany, NY, Mon-Fri, Flexible hours between 7a-6p EST.
