We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time, on-site position is based in Harvey, IL. The Sales Administrator will serve as a central point of contact for our account managers and vendors, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment and is committed to achieving success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and process orders submitted by account managers, ensuring accurate and organized sales documentation.
- Create purchase orders and obtain delivery estimates.
- Maintain and manage stock equipment inventory.
- Verify vendor invoices for accuracy and process payments.
- Create work orders for received equipment and close them upon completion.
- Request and submit lease documents for funding.
- Track order acknowledgements and monitor scheduled dates for warehouse product installations.
- Prepare bill of ladings for outbound equipment.
- Invoice delivered units.
- Calculate commissions payable to account managers based on their sales.
- Maintain the sales strike list spreadsheet consistently.
- Coordinate with dealers to process ship-in orders.
- Book equipment in Novo to receive dealer ITA.
- Review driver training, invoice, and commission accordingly.
- Accurately enter equipment data into Quipware.
- Assist the accounting department in collecting past due accounts.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned based on workload.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role.
- Typing speed of 60+ words per minute.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay on task and maintain focus.
- Strong attention to detail with impeccable accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience with Quipware is a plus.
