Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in the Greater New Orleans area. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist with research and sourcing of potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients on various projects related to talent acquisition and employee relations.

Skills:
  • Experience in sales, talent acquisition, or human resources is preferred.
  • Experience in recruiting welders, fitters, electricians, and other craftsmen.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong research skills to identify top talent in the industry.
  • Knowledge of talent management practices and strategies.
