You will be paid $12 per hour for your first 2 weeks of training. After completing training you will be paid $15 an hour. Only full time positions available and you will be required to work 40 hours per week. Future promotions given based on performance.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Help customers with account information, basic ordering, delivery and product questions
- Research website and forums to provide complete and accurate information to our customers
- Must be a fast learner
- Must take pride in your work
- Must have attention to detail
- Must want to MAKE MONEY
- Availability to work on weekends is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to multitask
- Able to communicate in a warm, friendly manner
- Computer savvy, detail oriented, data-driven
- Ability to work with frustrated customers and be able to effectively handle this type of call
- Flexible scheduling available
- Relaxed work environment
