Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Director will oversee the medical management and healthcare services provided by our facility, ensuring compliance with JCAHO standards and delivering high-quality patient care.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and supervise all clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective healthcare management
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care services
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including JCAHO requirements
- Oversee budgeting, billing, and financial management related to clinical services
**Experience**:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Management or related field
- LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psy D, PhD
- Strong knowledge of medical management practices and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
