We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to join our team at Protouch Staffing. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience in social services or a related field, with a strong background in case management and direct service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage program services daily, ensuring high-quality client service delivery
  • Supervise staff and interns, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Comply with program grants and contracts, maintaining accurate records and data
  • Record fiscal and client data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Back up for preparing and submitting invoices, ensuring seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Prior management responsibilities handling case management duties
  • Demonstrate experience performing direct service in social services or a related field
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • A master's degree in social work, psychology, public health, or a related field
  • LCSW/RN/LVN/LPC license required
  • Valid driver's license
