**General Summary**:
Provide logistics support to the engineering and manufacturing staff. Responsible for inventory, distribution, coordination, and maintenance of all measurement and test equipment (M&TE) used by engineering and manufacturing personnel.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of relevant operations experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 3+ years of relevant operations experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant operations experience.
- Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Master’s = one year) of work experience.
**Preferred Qua**lifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Technology or related field.
- 5+ years of testing equipment coordination/planning, or related work experience.
**Level of Responsibility**:
- Works under supervision.
- Decision-making may affect work beyond immediate work group.
- Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information. May require basic negotiation, influence, tact, etc.
- Works within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department.
- Has a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decision (e.g., is consulted by senior leadership to make key decisions).
- Tasks require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; some planning, problem-solving, and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.

**Pay range**:
$25.70 - $38.54
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
