Job Overview

Position:
The Quality Control Testing Associate will play a crucial role in conducting quality assurance testing and evaluations of raw materials, in-process samples, and final products. This position requires a solid understanding of various testing methodologies within a cGMP framework to facilitate the prompt release of products.

Key Responsibilities:
The individual may be required to undertake additional job-related tasks as necessary to meet business demands.

  • Conducts routine testing adhering to GMP/GLP standards.
  • Analyzes data and interprets results against established protocols, validity criteria, and alert thresholds.
  • Manages inventory of products and quality control materials.
  • Ensures the laboratory environment is maintained in a clean and organized manner, including stocking testing supplies.
  • Maintains and cleans laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration is performed or arranged as necessary.
  • Completes training requirements promptly and maintains accurate training records.
  • Engages in laboratory investigations for invalid assays and out-of-specification results.
  • Prepares documentation for archiving in the document management system and oversees original data file management.
