Receptionist/operations Assitant

In2Great is looking for a fun, enthusiastic, and hard working individual who is organized, timely, and great with people We are a pediatric therapy clinic specializing in ABA, OT, Speech, PT and Social Work.
The right individual for this position will be eager to learn and take on new tasks as they come. As the receptionist, you will be the first person children and parents will see so we absolutely are looking for a friendly, kindhearted person to take on this position. As the operations assistant, you will contribute to the organization and functionality of the clinic.
**Position**: Part-Time Receptionist/Operations Assistant
**Hours**: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Fridays
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all clinic supplies are adequately stocked and organized
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the clinic facilities
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Implement and maintain organizational systems to streamline processes
- Monitor and maintain equipment and technology, coordinating repairs or replacements as necessary
- Provide administrative support to staff members as required
- Contribute to the development and improvement of operational procedures and policies.
- Greet clients, caregivers, and parents with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, providing assistance or directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member
- Take accurate messages and relay them promptly to the relevant individuals
- Conduct intakes for new clients, gathering necessary information and ensuring all forms are completed accurately
- Provide information about clinic services, programs, and policies to clients and caregivers
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism of the clinic
- Handle inquiries and requests from clients and caregivers in a timely and courteous manner
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in all interactions and communications.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development
