**Duties & Responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative**:

- Consult with homeowners at appointments we have scheduled for you.
- Diagnose the issues they are experiencing with their home and design the best solution for them.
- Draft proposals for each homeowner which include photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists, and job worksheets.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and additional trainings in San Antonio as needed.

**Position Requirements**:

- The ability to engage with customers and problem-solve
- Willingness to travel to customer's homes as scheduled
- Strong listening, and consulting skills
- Ability to enter a crawlspace
- Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
- A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company
- Skill in operating computer software

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
