**We are looking for a Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our team**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with stakeholders to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
- Define Product Goal, ensuring the product aligns with business goals and customer needs, and make sure the Product Goal is clearly communicated to and understood by the team.
- Create and maintain product backlog - translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, and translate them into functional requirements for the development team.
- Play an active role in removing impediments that impact the team’s ability to accomplish Sprint Goals.
- Inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration, gather feedback, and adapt the Product Backlog accordingly.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies.
- Promote Agile values and principles, and support implementation of Agile best practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
- Familiarity with Agile is a must
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
- Team spirit and good communication abilities
- Good organizational skills
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field
