Position Overview:
The Customer Service Associate is tasked with managing transactions related to the sale and return of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Welcome customers as they enter and exit the store, using their names when possible.
    • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while assisting customers and collaborating with team members.
    • Ensure quick and efficient checkout processes.
    • Respond to calls and inquiries promptly and courteously.
    • Report any issues requiring management attention.
    • Enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
    • Aid in pricing, stocking, and bagging merchandise.
  • Register Management:
    • Adhere to all cash register protocols.
    • Balance the register drawer accurately.
    • Participate in store meetings and training sessions.
  • Store Presentation:
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
    • Ensure impulse counters are stocked and merchandise is rotated.
    • Keep promotional materials readily available.

Team Environment:
We are looking for friendly and helpful individuals to join our team. Previous experience in hardware is beneficial but not required, as we provide comprehensive training.
