As a Fraud Manager within InstaMed you will be primarily responsible for helping prevent fraud and deliver best-in-class client experience to keep the firm and our clients safe. You will be tracking payment security and customer related tasks/requests. You will support a wide variety of activities in support of our ongoing payment security projects such as process improvements and internal/external audits.
- Job Responsibilities: _
- Collaborate with clients, internal partners and external banks to mitigate losses
- Collaborate with cross line of business partners to ensure handling meets expectations
- Identify and escalate new fraud trends
- Contribute to initiatives that support loss prevention
- Support requests from hospitals, health systems and health plans for payment security information
- Log, track and assist in preparing/completing payment security investigations remediation of payment security findings, reported/detected security/privacy incidents and assist in customer screening
- Work with IT, Application Operations, Product, and Contracting to improve payment security and monitor various systems/tools and alerts for payment issues.
- Manage, prepare and assist in periodic reporting to partners and customers and maintain relevant handbooks, documents and calendars.
- Basic ongoing maintenance of Governance, Risks Management and Compliance (GRC) tool

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree (MIS or equivalent)
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving scenarios
- Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills and computer knowledge
- Self-starter and able to manage small projects independently to completion.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- 1+ years Fraud, Payment Security, Governance, Risk Management, or Compliance
- 1+ years Healthcare experience ideally related to HIPAA or payments (ex: PCI[FILM(HU1] )

Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
