Temple Health is seeking a highly skilled Office Manager I to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Physician Practice. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of scheduling, patient registration, clinical care, and patient check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee practice operations, including employee scheduling and development, physician scheduling, and maintenance of medical records and files.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and procedures, purchasing supplies, and managing expenses.
- Coordinate the activities of the site(s) and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage office billing and collections, and update electronic medical records as appropriate.
- Develop and implement quality management and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- 2 years of experience in a physician practice office.
- 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- School Diploma or Equivalent (Required). Associates Degree (Preferred). Bachelors Degree (Preferred).
