**Position Purpose**:
**Key Job Activities**:

- _Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, while developing the pursuit strategy for large, enterprise level new customers. Directly responsible for closing multiple enterprise deals in a concurrent and parallel fashion, using in-depth knowledge of the sales process and technical expertise_
- _Collaborate with the operations and engineering _teams_ in developing the appropriate requirements gathering strategies and aligning on appropriate solution strategies that meet the stated / expected customer requirements/needs. Choreograph and conduct on-site assessments of client requirements and needs and develop customized sales presentations as a team_
- _Increases revenue and profitability, while directing and managing the entire sales cycle, including, but not limited to, prospecting, design _workflows_, proposals, contracts and pricing. Continuously build pipeline and reach set quotas_
- _Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections_

***Education**: Preferred Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent
**Experience (North America)**:

- _Education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or the equivalent in related work experience_
- _A minimum of 7+ years of full-time quota-carrying with large scale, enterprise sales experience and experience selling into large enterprise healthcare. Existing relationships with Hospital Systems is a plus_
- _A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals and ability to relate with and sell to C-level stakeholders and across business units; successful background in complex, executive-level sales processes_
- _Accountability for results and consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goal_s_
- _Strong ability to influence, and stimulate others to action; engages commitment from others and collaborates to achieve results_
- _Viewed by the Stericycle organization as a leader, capable of harnessing internal resources to assist in the pursuit, building of solutions and solving problems_
- _Adept at multi-tasking and handling multiple, simultaneous and competing initiatives at a high productivity level; operates with a sense of urgency and thrives in a fast-paced competitive environment_
