The Installation Coordinator will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several tasks at once, and will work closely with internal personnel. The coordinator will coordinate the load and unload the truck, furniture installation (Décor Pack), and item assemble. Also help prep the job site and clean up after the installation is complete.

Controls warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of product from warehouse shipping to the site work.

This role works directly with the Design team to ensure that all items are installed and completed properly for each job. The Installation Coordinator will coordinate both internal and external vendors, but also help out on all installation aspects (installing artwork, window treatments and housewares, touch ups to the home from installed items, and directing service technicians). This position is also responsible for pre-delivery, project coordination and post-delivery updates with the operations team on the installation process to make sure all homes are completed and meet all installation deadlines.

**Furniture Installation Coordinator Duties Responsibilities**:

- Packs and unpacks items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
- Stores items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
- Examines and inspects stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
- Receives and counts stock items, and records data manually or using computer.
- Marks stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Accepting delivery of inventory.
- Counting and confirming inventory.
- Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
- Communicating errors to relevant parties.
- Marking and labeling stock.
- Storing inventory in an accessible manner.
- Picks-up product by monitoring production; loading and moving product.
- Stores product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements; updating location database.
- Prepares product for shipment by verifying location; directing movement to staging area; resolving problems.
- Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports, adjusting entries.
- Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes distribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Coordinate delivery of the goods and installation of furniture, curtains, wall art décor, linens, house wear, silver wear on assigned sites
- Make reports regards the inventory using a proper system

- Stay on pace, think ahead as you do your work, be efficient and productive, eliminate wasted time.
- Ask for help if uncertain or struggling to complete a task.

- Accurately complete timecard, including hours worked by day and job title.
- Operate safely, be aware of hazardous conditions, report all unsafe conditions to the manager. wear personal protective equipment (safety glasses) when operating power tools.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
