Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities. This is a key role within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success.

**Duties**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Utilize Hubspot or similar CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products/services

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using Hubspot or similar CRM software
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $92,828.00 - $103,194.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay
