Learning is a critical success factor and is part of the quality management system in BI. The Learning Management System (LMS) is the primary, centralized, electronic tool used to assign, record, track and monitor learning activities for BI Globally.This position provides consistent global, regional and local business support for LMS through:
- Decision maker and owner of curricula assignment process including annual curricula review with Curricula Owner and creation of new curricula to support business needs
- Act as LOS business partner to one or more assigned Medicine business functions and R/OPUs
- Providing technical expertise (system business troubleshooting, advice and assistance to Learners, Curriculum Owners, Line Managers, etc.)including LOS reporting, data gathering and data analysis specific to non compliances and the quarterly Quality Management Report on global and local levels
- Project lead to develop Learning Pathways using LOS program functionalities
- Promoting best practices in the utilization of LMS including new features and how they can support business needs
- Close collaboration with the SOP and Learning groups inside and outside of Medicine for LOS design setup of training as well as coordinating release of SOP, eLearning and exams

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Development, maintenance, and improvement of LMS/HALOS processes, including authoring and creating new process documentation for HALOS methodology.
- Vendor management oversight and guidance, including QC and KPI adherence, onboarding and training of new vendor staff.
- Responsible for global, regional, and local curricula assignments of BI Regulations and other compliance relevant learning interventions for all Medicine employees worldwide.
- Decision maker and owner of the assignment process for regulatory relevant BI Regulations and related learning interventions for Medicine assigned business function(s) and R/OPU(s) on a global, regional, and local level.
- Contribute to BI Regulation kick-off meetings, assess previous assignments, and make assignment proposals to the Global Process Owner.
- Pull together LOS KPIs and data for Quarterly Review Meetings on a global, regional, and local level.
- Advise curriculum owners in the creation and maintenance of curricula.
- Evaluate vendor activity to ensure adherence to processes.
- Lead assigned business function regarding LMS demands
- Appointed contact person for curriculum owners, learners, line managers, SOP Managers, Instructional Designers, and GPOs
- Manage ROPU demands and advise on regional and local LMS learning activities and issues

- Lead LOS vendor activities and KPIs
- Contribute to the development/maintenance of LMS/HALOS business processes related to the outsourced model
- Act as backup partner for LMS Associate and obtain feedback from stakeholders during backup period
- Support efforts for effective and efficient system use including annual upgrade and obtain feedback from management & users continual improvement in use of the system
- Generate LOS Learning & Compliance reports to be presented to the inspectors/auditors based on the specific requests
- Represent Medicine functions in regional and local cross divisional LOS Administrator committees/groups to ensure Medicine demands/interests are kept.
- Contribute to Medicine Learning Regulation and define global standards and business practices for the use of LMS, as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in natural sciences (e.g. Pharmaceutical,..)
- Six-plus (6+) years of experience in working in a global cross functional Pharmaceutical (GxP) business environment
- Four-plus (4+) years of
