**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships
- Drive individual sales performance and KPI’s while demonstrating Company values and supporting Company initiatives
- Execute Company merchandising and marketing programs to standard
- Maintain awareness of competitor's advertisements and services offered
- Continue to develop skills, competencies, product knowledge through assigned course work, training and other company led activities.
- Assist the management team to ensure the store is properly merchandised and the correct sale is displayed in store
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Assist in processing inventory counts
- Execute company initiatives and any other activities requested by supervisor
- Follow Company policy, execute Company standards on appearance and functionality, and ensure safety regulations are followed

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum one year of sales experience
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree a plus
- 18 years of age or older
- Customer service or commission-based sales experience a plus
- Microsoft Office including Excel product knowledge
- Familiarity with computers and ability to use POS systems
- Motivated by a pay for performance compensation plan

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
