  • Providing support to employees through sharing knowledge and coaching to ensure customers remain the highest priority.
  • Ensuring the selling floor and backroom are clean, neat, and orderly every day.
  • Making effective merchandising decisions and holding the store to standard.
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new employees and implementing new policies and operational changes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Two or more years of sales lead experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills, as well as effective management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with technology and computer-based training expertise.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
