Hilton Grand Vacations Club is seeking a Marketing Support Coordinator for our Carlsbad Dispatch Team who provides internal support for Sales and Marketing.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- We enter eligible member and guest timeshare sales presentations into HGV systems and provide production reporting.
- Providing accurate data entry and appointment tracking into multiple systems for multiple HGV Sales locations
- Enter and edit timeshare sales presentation appointments submitted by Marketing
- Update HGV timeshare sales presentation schedule availability and provide capacity updates to our internal teams
- Provide reporting for daily arrivals, forecast and penetration
- Track and report Marketing Teams’ production by pulling data from multiple systems
- Extract and assign arriving members and guests to Marketing team members to contact

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn
- Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English (speak, read and write)
- 6 months or more previous experience working in the timeshare industry
- Phone skills; demonstrates proper telephone techniques and communication etiquette with a friendly demeanor towards all internal and external customers
