- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- (Prior salon or retail experience is required)
- A great attitude and desire to give great customer service is a must
- Flexible schedule - available mornings, evenings, as well as some weekends
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment is key

**Responsibilities**:

- Salon Blanc relies on a team approach to ensure a great experience, beginning from the moment of check in to the salon until the customer has concluded their service
- The actions below will ensure the customer will return to the salon again and again
- Warmly greet customers
- Communicate and educate the customer, Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
- Process transactions and issue receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
- Manage answering phone
- Inform customers about services
- Update customer records with contact information
- Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
