We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Solar Warehouse Manager to oversee our solar equipment warehouse operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of solar materials and equipment.**

**Job Summary**:
**The Director of Warehouse and Supply Chain Management is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain strategy. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of supply chain and warehouse management principles, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Operations Management**:

- **Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.**
- **Implement best practices to optimize warehouse layout, improve efficiency, and minimize errors.**
- **Supply Chain Strategy and Planning**:

- **Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and support growth.**
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and ensure product availability.**
- **Inventory Management**:

- **Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.**
- **Implement inventory control systems and procedures to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.**
- **Vendor and Supplier Relations**:

- **Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including negotiating contracts, service level agreements, and pricing.**
- **Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.**
- **Logistics and Transportation**:

- **Oversee logistics and transportation operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective movement of goods.**
- **Optimize transportation routes and work with carriers to ensure timely delivery of products.**
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- **Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies within the warehouse.**
- **Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for warehouse staff.**
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- **Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehouse and supply chain team.**
- **Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.**
- **5 years of experience in warehouse and supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in leading large-scale operations.**
- **Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics best practices.**
- **Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.**
- **Proficiency in supply chain software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.**
- **NetSuite experience is preferred but not required.**
