We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-time Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. This is a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

**Duties**:

- Enter data into computer systems and databases
- Verify accuracy of entered data by comparing it to source documents
- Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
- Transcribe information from paper documents to electronic formats
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accuracy of numerical data
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered
- Organize and maintain files and records of entered data
- Assist with data collection and analysis as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Familiarity with basic mathematical concepts and calculations

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights

Ability to Relocate:

- Merrillville, IN 46410: Relocate before starting work (required)
