Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Administrator to join our team at Tradebe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately creating new customer records in the SAP Master Data Module, ensuring seamless data integration and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Record Creation: Create new customer records in the SAP Master Data Module, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Data Management: Manage account creation, partner function relationships, and various mass-change transactions to maintain data integrity.
  • Pricing Updates: Process requests for pricing updates, resolve quality notifications, and provide user support to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Collaboration: Regularly interface with Sales & Service, Finance, and IT personnel to ensure effective communication and data exchange.
  • Data Resolution: Resolve data issues related to quote-to-cash transactions, assist with data migration for future ERP implementations, and handle price entry to maintain data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of focused data management experience in SAP or a similar platform preferred.
  • Skills: Advanced MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel (proficient with vLookup, pivot tables, and graphs); detail-oriented and organized with a willingness to follow management guidelines and company best practices.
  • Personal Qualities: Methodical, committed, able to meet tight deadlines, and driven to deliver executional excellence.
