Phlebotomy Specialist

The Phlebotomist is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for collecting high-quality blood samples from patients while ensuring a safe and comfortable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Collect blood samples from patients using established procedures and protocols.
• Verify patient demographic information and initials to ensure accurate labeling of specimens.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of specimen collection and processing.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest phlebotomy techniques and best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.

• BLS certification and phlebotomy certification required.
• 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
