At LA Apartments, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional property management services. Our team is dedicated to maintaining high standards and ensuring tenant satisfaction. We manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties and are looking for a dynamic Assistant Property Manager to join our team.
As as Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day to day operations of our properties. You will assist the Property Manager in maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, enforcing leases and providing excellent customer service to our tenants.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the property
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- support marketing efforts to attract new tenants
- Assist in rent collection and manage delinquent accounts
- post notices and ensure timely communication with tenants
- Regularly drive to various properties for inspections, postings, and other tasks
- De-escalate situations and handle conflicts with tenants professionally
- Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
- Ensure the property maintains a high level of appearance, including managing landscaping, cleanliness, and overall curb appeal
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail oriented and proactive problem solver
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with frequent driving and travel between property locations
