We are looking for an energetic, results driven, and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. Whitebox Real Estate is a rapidly growing company with aggressive expansion goals. We need help in supporting those efforts and for the right person to grow with us.

**LOCATION(S)**:
Houston, TX - Onsite

**JOB TITLE**:
Administrative Assistant

**EXPERIENCE**:
Minimum of 2 years as an administrative/executive assistant in a professional office environment, preferred.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Greet visitors
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings
- Open the office by filling needed supplies for the day
- Perform general maintenance of office equipment
- Upkeep the general office appearance
- Schedule and coordinate staff meetings
- Prepare marketing collateral for presentations and mailings
- Collate and distribute mail
- Assist in the design and posting of social media efforts
- Conduct research and collect data
- Conduct outbound phone calls and other forms of communication
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Promote the company’s reputation and opportunities
- Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships
- Enter, update, and maintain information in the company’s operational systems
- Be a Team Player

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
N/A

**QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS**:

- Must be a self-starter and be able to perform each duty successfully
- Clear and friendly communication
- Task prioritization and multi-tasking
- Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
- Proactive mindset
- Coachable
- Strong work ethic and sense of duty

**REASONING ABILITY**:
Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills - ability to comprehend, analyze, interpret documents, and situational problem solving

**FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE**:
Basic financial analysis - ability to calculate percentages and discounts

**EDUCATION**:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university is preferred

**LANGUAGE**:
English

**TYPICAL OFFICE HOURS**:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
