Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting with vendors and consignees' paperwork, and office paper works for our company. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receiving and checking the BOL and packing list from the vendor
- Prepare the BOL and packing list for the consignee
- Prepare the paperwork for the supervisor
- Internet research for the machinery parts
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs
- Assist in managing supplier relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
- Support the implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency
**Skills**:
- Knowledge of Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
