**Major Responsibilities**:

- **Feature Development Collaboration**: Work closely with the Experience Lead to enhance product design and ensure functionality aligns with user needs and business objectives.
- **Roadmap Execution**: Support and actively contribute to the execution of the product roadmap, leading the creation of initiatives, milestones, epics, and user stories as aligned to business decisions. Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and align with strategic objectives.
- **Agile Leadership**: Act as Product Owner, leading Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to drive product development.
- **Data-Driven Enhancement**: Analyze user feedback and usage data to prioritize feature development and inform continuous product improvements.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to update on progress, integrate feedback, and align product direction.
- **Cross-Functional Leadership**: Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and quality delivery of product features.
- **Market and User Research**: Engage in ongoing market research and user testing to better understand user behaviors and refine product offerings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
