**Responsibilities - Payroll Coordinator**:

- Process payroll accurately and on time for dealership employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime
- Maintain payroll records and employee information in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accuracy of employee data and payroll-related information
- Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

**Qualifications - Payroll Coordinator**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- ** Minimum of 2 years’ Human Resources/Payroll experience is required**:

- ** Dealership experience is preferred**:

- Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and MS Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
