Purpose of Role:
The target of position is successfully supporting, managing and improving sales processes (Salesforce, RFQs, admin processes, general customer requests, etc.) and supporting National Accounts Manager in daily operations. C-/D- customers' accounts responsibilities might be assigned upon request.

Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:

- Support sales executives / team; may stand in for sales managers to coordinate sales activities upon request
- Regular coordination / alignment with internal (technical / engineering, quality, finance, etc.) departments and customers
- Advice and coordination with customers in the event of deadline deviations
- Oversee and support the activities of processing team to ensure a streamlined ordering process - from inquiry to order (ITO) and order to cash (OTC)
- Preparing and submitting quotations
- Support with collection of overdues / pastdues
- Scout and identify upselling opportunities among existing customers
- Ensure sales pipeline (Salesforce) consists of qualified lead generation
- Ensure that sales policies, regulations, and procedures are maintained by sales teams
- Oversee the regular update of the CRM database (Salesforce) to ensure its validity
- Conduct market researches
- Other marketing activities as assigned
- Provide internal and external support to sales
- Organize and hold pipeline review meetings with sales team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Liaise with all critical internal functions (Logistics, Production, Quality etc.) to meet customer order expectations.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer sales activities and discussions.
- Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned, e.g. taking care of C-/D- customers
- Support / Coordinate special projects as assigned

Qualification Requirements:

- Successful previous experience as Customer Service / Order Manager or comparable sales (process) related tasks
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Three years of experience working in commercial / customer-related roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to liaison with Peers to affect all aspects of business in support of customer satisfaction and shipment of finished items.
- Sound commercial understanding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ERP software and CRM Systems.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- German language skills a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
