- Prospect and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and present suitable product solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing personalized support and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and report sales activities and progress.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and differentiate them in the market.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue objectives.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and potential areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone and through digital channels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in sales and marketing.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience in the technology sector or B2B sales is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
