  • $19-$22 per hour
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and present suitable product solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing personalized support and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and report sales activities and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and differentiate them in the market.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and potential areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone and through digital channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in sales and marketing.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Experience in the technology sector or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
