**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**- 1 year-
**LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED**- N/A-
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED**- Possesses a pleasant and professional attitude and appearance.-
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service behavior.-
- Display excellent face-to-face, telephone, and written communication skills.-
- Have comprehensive keyboard skills and computer knowledge.-
- Demonstrate proficiency in multi-tasking, time management, organization, attention to detail, quality, independent problem solving, and critical thinking.-
- Flexible with work schedule, reliable, and a team player.-
**PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES**- Manage/schedules referral appointments for patients at the time of visit for specialists, therapy and diagnostic testing.-
- Provides f/u to patients for referral appointments.-
- Answer multiple phone lines.Conduct appropriate follow-up with patients via phone or mail.-
- Communicate applicable messages to clinic staff.-
- Register and schedule patients for appointments maximizing the provider's schedule.-
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain appropriate insurance referrals and authorizations.-
- Check in/out patients.-
- Entering and updating patient data into system programs accurately.-
- Collecting, processing, and recording payments.-
- Providing accurate and complete information to the billing office.Location: Froedtert South, Inc. - FSMG
