Overview:
This position is responsible for overall IT management and support in the Branch level, including but not limited to working closely with varies of other departments to plan, implement and manage IT infrastructure, facility and equipment; enforcing compliance of IT related policies and procedures; providing technical assistance to local employees and supporting Business Continuity Plan (BCP); managing IT fixed assets; conducting record retention practices; assisting in other business administration activities and performing other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors and/or Branch Management.

**Responsibilities**:
**_ Information Technology_**
- Act as an IT professional of the Branch and a liaison between the Branch, the contracted IT services support vendors, and ADC for all IT related issues;
- Oversee daily server data back-up activities and take necessary troubleshooting measures;
- Manage third party vendors on implementing and upgrading office security and safety systems including, but not limited to Phone System, Access Control System, Alarm System, Closed Circuit TV System, and etc.;
- Manage IT inventory and fixed asset records and life cycle to make them accurate; take actions related to write-off and disposal;
- Accurately document the IT issues and escalate issues to appropriate departments of New York Branch if the IT issues cannot be resolved at Branch level;
- Continuously evaluate IT environment and seek for improvements to increase information security, service availability and efficiency;
- Other IT related tasks assigned by supervisor and/or branch management

**_ BCP, Risk Management and Quality Control_**
- Responsible for the overall IT related support to the Branch’s Business Continuity Plan;
- Responsible for data and system recovery at designated disaster recovery site;
- Perform IT-related third party vendor management reports and analysis;
- Designs and implement IT risk related management process at Branch level;
- Prepare periodic reports related to IT risk control and work closely with the relevant departments of New York Branch to ensure the stability and security of the Branch’s network system;
- Cooperate with internal and external auditors and examiners; take corrective actions in response to audit findings;
- Perform any compliance and risk management duties as assigned by supervisor and/or Branch Management.

**_ General Administration Duties_**
- Act as the floor warden for building security purpose;
- Verify all IT related invoices before submitting to Team Head for payment approval;
- Act as record retention coordinator for the branch;
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor and/or branch management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- 5 years of Information Technology operation experience
- 1-2 years Business Administration experience
- Knowledge of networking, LAN and wireless, server management, domain controller, database, information security, IT change management, VoIP system, CCTV, access control system
- Experience with WAN or co-location environments, desktop support, dedicated line management, project management, contract management and due diligence procedure

Pay Range: USD $42,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
