Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a 2nd hand consignment buyer, retail and customer service associate. As a 2nd hand consignment buyer, retail and customer service associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Data Entry for intake of consignment
- Establish accounts for new consignors
- Cash Handling POS System
- Utilize Liberty systems, to process inventory and manage customer accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Visual Merchandising - making store look appealing with our inventory
- General cleaning tasks, take out trash, sweep and swiffer
- Able to lift up to 40lbs of donation bags
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Familiarity with visual merchandising is a plus
- Ability to work at both locations in SF
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be available weekends
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
