Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our energy products and services to potential customers. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the market and industry trends.

**Duties**:

- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our energy products and services
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in energy sales, solar sales, or related field
- Strong background in door-to-door or outside sales
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
