**Qualifications of Pool Cleaning Tech / Pool Maintenance Technician**:

- **This position requires the associate to be 21 years of age or older, have a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work in high degrees of heat and adverse weather conditions**:

- Must be able to lift 75 pounds repetitively and often.
- Must be legal to work in the State of Texas.
- Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb repetitively and often.
- Must have a valid and in good standing Texas drivers license.
- Must have the ability to work around chlorine without an allergic reaction.
- Must have 1 year of experience working as pool technician for another pool cleaning companies

**Responsibilities of Pool Cleaning Technician**:

- Secures service accounts performing outstanding customer service, using an assigned pick-up truck and pool cleaning equipment plus pool chemicals provided.
- Performs water testing on the field
- Maintain profitable pool service route
- Maintain paper work and records
- Daily care of cleaning vehicle
- Conduct excellent customer service, develop great relationships with customers.
- Understand different filter systems, water circulation, pumps and other pool equipment and operations.
- Adhere to Pinch a Penny pool maintenance procedures.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
