The Swimming Pool Repair Specialist will be responsible for executing repairs on client swimming pools and associated facilities as instructed by the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts general plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs for client swimming pools.
- Evaluates equipment and systems to diagnose issues or malfunctions.
- Refers to manuals or other resources as necessary.
- Performs preventive maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of plumbing, electrical, and heating systems.
- Manages inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Completes additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and swimming pool repairs.
- Capability to interpret repair manuals.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to adhere to instructions effectively.
- Exceptional time management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
- RAIL license or equivalent state certification is preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Extended periods of standing and walking are required.
- Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, bending, and maneuvering into tight spaces.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
