The Swimming Pool Repair Specialist will be responsible for executing repairs on client swimming pools and associated facilities as instructed by the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts general plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs for client swimming pools.
  • Evaluates equipment and systems to detect issues or malfunctions.
  • Refers to manuals or other resources as necessary.
  • Performs preventive maintenance to ensure plumbing, electrical, and heating systems function correctly.
  • Manages inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
  • Completes additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and swimming pool repairs.
  • Ability to interpret repair manuals.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Capable of following detailed instructions.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
  • RAIL license or equivalent state license is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of standing and walking are necessary.
  • Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, bending, and accessing tight spaces.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required.
