Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of automotive repairs.
- Accurately diagnose vehicle issues.
- Review technical service bulletins and other recommendations to address customer needs.
- Provide honest assessments of vehicles and create detailed repair estimates.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle concerns.
- Address customer inquiries and maintain professionalism.
- Keep the workshop organized and clean.
- Conduct thorough and honest courtesy inspections for our customers.
- Master manufacturer-level diagnostic tools (tools and subscriptions provided by the company).
