WHO WE ARE:
We are TITLE Boxing Club, a fitness concept on a mission to change lives.

ROLE:
Our Fitness Desk sales role presents and sells our memberships and similar programs. They make phone calls to potential customers to set appointments. They contact, schedule and sell to prospects. They are also an essential component of our member experience. They coach and advise existing members for additional service or retail needs. They understand that they are more than “Sales”. They are motivated by helping our members achieve the highest levels of success and maintaining a pristine club environment.

Job Requirements:

- Outgoing and positive personality (required)
- Proven sales experience (ideal)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communicator
- Coachable
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Excellent at building rapport
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Able to follow processes

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
