Administrative Assistant

Right Trailers is seeking an administrative assistant to provide support to our ever-growing business needs.

**Receptionist Duties**:

- Meets and greets all Customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- Routes customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact within the dealership
- Coordinates questions and issues with appropriate department personnel
- Assists with problem resolution as required
- Provides marketing back-up as needed
- Performs other duties as required

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
- Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
- Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
- Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
- Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
- Maintain sales tax exempt information
- Post accounts receivable invoices
- Maintain adequate office supplies
- Other Office duties as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must be at least 18 years old
- QuickBooks experience required
- Must have 2 years accounting experience (preferably a dealership setting)
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of trailer and/or automotive highly desired
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- An impressive work ethic
- Genuinely helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
