Overnight Call Center Hospital Operator

Job Summary:
We are a 24/7 call center located in the Longwood Medical Area in Boston. We currently have an opening on our overnight shift. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Overnight Hospital Call Center Operator. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers calling the hospital during overnight hours.
Shift: Tuesday-Thursday between 10pm-8am ONSITE-_Contract to Hire_
**MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ONSITE Full Time between 10am-7pm for 2 weeks***
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing calls
- Handling emergency code calls ( i.e. code blue, code red etc)
- Paging on call physicians
- Managing hospital and medical practices on call schedules
- Taking messages following a script
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift

**Experience**:
