Job Description:This position will be responsible for assisting the manager with the operations and the technology infrastructure and systems within the call center. This role includes overseeing the implementation and maintenance of call center software, hardware, and communication systems. Additionally, will lead projects aimed at enhancing our technology capabilities to improve patient and staff experiences. This position serves as the right hand to the manager to ensure all technology and operation tasks are on target.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the call centers technology infrastructure, including phone systems, Learning Management System software, and other communication tools.
  • Assist manager in keeping all projects and operation tasks on track.
  • Assist with preparing project plans, development, implementation and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with IT, call center staff, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.
  • Assure staffing is optimized to meet service delivery expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for technological and operational improvements
  • Provide training and support to call center staff as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, industry regulations, and best practices in call center operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions to call center operations.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center technology management or a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Proven project management skills with a track record of successfully leading technology enhancement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of call centers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards is a plus.
