Due to Satterfield & Pontikes’ continued growth and expansion, we are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our Houston team (office located near I-10 West and Beltway 8). In this position you will be the Administrative Assistant for our Close Out Team. In this role you will be in constant communication with our subcontractors and architects. This position requires having strong communication skills, being very detail orientated, and a strong attention to detail. Construction Administrative experience preferred but not mandatory.

Monday-Friday 40 hour work week.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years as an Administrative Assistant**:

- **Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.**:

- **Regular worksite attendance**:

- **Other duties as needed and assigned**

**Preferred Requirements**:

- **Experience working with a General Contractor**:

- **Knowledge of Close Out procedures**
